Is your site for US and Canadian residents only? Our Members' Area may be accessed by anyone, anywhere in the world. However, we work with various sponsors and our sponsors may have geographic requirements for their offers. Generally our sponsors accept all users from the US and Canada.
I have some resources I'd like to submit to your Members' Area. How do I do that? We are always looking for new databases, resources and search sites to add to our Members' Area. To submit yours, please email us (see below for our email address).
Why are you giving away access to your Members' Area for free, rather than charging for access? One of the founding principles of the internet community is that everyone should have easy access to a wide variety of information. We believe in that philosophy, and we are striving to help fulfill it. In order to power our servers and pay the rent we do have a major sponsor, and we are thrilled that we are able to provide you with this service at no charge, just for taking a few minutes to fill out the survey portion of our sponsor's offer.

How often do you update your Members' Area? We make every effort to keep our Members' area as current as possible. Because of the nature of the internet, resources and databases are subject to change without notice. If you find a broken link or other error in our Members' Area, we would appreciate it if you would let us know. Thank you!
Will I be notified of any updates to your Members' Area? We currently do not notify members of updates, but please feel free to check back as often as you like so see any new resources that might be available in our Members' Area.
Is your website available in languages other than English? At this time our website is only available in the English language. However, we are planning to add additional languages as soon as it is possible for us to do so.
Can you tell me more about your sponsor? We are fortunate to have a major sponsor advertising on our site, and that is how we are able to provide our service to you 100% free. All we ask is that you answer the sponsor's survey as honestly as possible. Our sponsor is very interested in helping create a positive user experience for you. In order to gain access to the databases, resources and search sites that we offer, all you are required to do is to click on the link to the survey and fill out all of the survey pages. We appreciate your support of our sponsor, however you do not have to purchase anything to join our site and take advantage of our Members' Area. For a description of how to complete the survey and find the Last Word, go to our homepage and click on the link that says "Click here to see an example" which will describe how to complete the survey.
